Private early pregnancy scan provide you with the reassurance you may need in the early stages of your pregnancy. Early pregnancy reassurance scans are not routinely offered on the NHS, however, you may have one privately with our Peek a Baby London clinic without affecting your NHS entitlement.
It is important to remember that a pregnancy can be seen as early as 6 weeks from the first day of your latest period and not the date of conception.
Our early pregnancy scans London are available to you when you are between 6 and 15 weeks pregnant. The scan is a 5-minute 2D ultrasound that is carried out to confirm the results of your pregnancy, the gestational age of your baby, a heartbeat and an estimated due date of your baby. With your scan, you will receive three 2D black and white thermal images so you can share the first sight of your baby with those close to you.

Pregnancy is an exciting time and finding out whether you're having a boy or a girl is a large part of this excitement. At Peek A Baby London, we offer an early gender scan from as early as 15 weeks. This ultrasound scan is a 5-10 minute scan that will determine the sex of your baby. With your scan, you will receive three 2D black and white thermal prints of your baby scan and 5-6 digital images. We also offer a 4D sneak peek of the baby provided the baby is in a suitable position. The gender scan is £45.
4D Pregnancy Scans in London
Here at our London ultrasound clinic, we have four different 4D scan pregnancy packages available. Our packages include the Cheeky Monkey 4D Package, Circle of Life 4D Package, Cuddly Cub 4D Package and Growing Giraffe 4D Package. All our 4D pregnancy scans are available to those between 20-34 weeks and have a price range of £79 to £179. Alongside your scan, all our package include a digital video with colour images on as well as 3D baby scan prints.
Growth & Presentation Scan London
It is normal to be concerned about how your baby is developing. At Peek A Baby, our Growth and Presentation Scan looks at the well-being and growth of your baby in the second half of your pregnancy i.e. 22-38 weeks. We offer a 5-10 minute 2D ultrasound scan which includes a report of the estimated fetal weight, growth measurements, confirmation of fetal presentation and placental site as well as three 2D black and white thermal prints and digital images. This private pregnancy scan is available at £55.

A diagnostic scan, which is also referred to as an anomaly scan, is an ultrasound carried out in order to check for major physical abnormalities or anomalies in a baby. The best time to perform this scan around 18-21 week and is a 30 minute appointment here at Peek A Baby.
The scan looks into areas of your baby in detail. This includes your baby's bones, spinal cord, face, heart, abdomen and kidneys. This also allows us to investigate the position of the placenta, anatomical structures, development of the foetus, cardiac abnormalities, presence of a cleft lip, the presence of open spina bifida and measurements at the expected gestational ages. This scan is priced at £99.
NIPT Testing London
Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing is a screening test that offers expectant parents the opportunity to find out more about their own and their baby's genetic DNA.
These tests are designed to test women who are a higher risk of genetic diseases such as Edward's Syndrome, Down's Syndrome & Patau's Syndrome. NIPT Tests are available at our Birmingham Clinics.
